Shinji is one of the official Roblox tags on Universal Showdown, alongside KJ, Jun, Cosmic Garou / Cosmic Form, UBG, JK, and battlegrounds. Players search those tags looking for a kit, a combo sheet, and a patch date. This guide will not invent a moveset. It tells you what is confirmed, which other game to avoid, and which wiki pages collect Shinji details as they are verified.

Universal Showdown is place 127377897541228, universe 9627655329, released 26 January 2026 on Roblox for PC, mobile, and console. Online servers hold about 11 to 15 players. The official Roblox listing is the source for tags, keybinds, the like-for-secret line, and the equal-chance reward sentence.

Shinji Showdown is a different game. A search for Shinji plus Showdown will open the wrong place. Universal Battlegrounds, Ultimate Showdown, Jump Showdown, and Universal Tower Defense are also different. If a Shinji clip never shows this place ID, do not import its buttons or its codes.

What this wiki will not publish as fact

We do not have a confirmed official skill list, damage table, awakening cinematic, or counter chart for Shinji in Universal Showdown. We will not copy a kit from another battlegrounds title and relabel it. If a creator overlay shows extra keys beyond the official PC set, treat those extras as unconfirmed.

Official PC binds for the whole experience remain:

• G — Ultimate

Those binds are on controls and keybinds and combat basics. If Shinji uses G for an ultimate, that still does not tell us the animation or the starter. Learn the shared loop first.

Unlock talk without guessing

The official description says to like the game for a secret character. It does not say the secret is Shinji. Do not skip the secret character guide on the assumption that liking grants this tag. No public promo codes are confirmed as of August 2026. A “SHINJI” string from another wiki is not a source. Use the Codes Hub if that ever changes.

Gamepasses (Kill Sounds 139, Extra Emote Slots 99, Emote Second Page 99, Awakening Outfit 99, Early Access 225, Private Servers+ 375) are not described as a Shinji purchase. Badges named Stargazer, The Conquered, Fracture of Tundra, and Owner Approved are not confirmed Shinji unlocks.

How to use Shinji pages on this wiki

1. Read getting started so you are in the right place and can already punch and block.
2. Open the Shinji player page for roster notes that stay inside verified text.
3. Open Shinji update notes after a titled patch, not after a rumor timestamp.
4. Use the players hub and the PvP tier list when you want comparisons. A tier slot is an opinion page, not an official rank.
5. Keep the Guides Hub and the keybinds tool nearby while you lab in a public server or, optionally, a Private Servers+ room.

The listing has teased “Next Update” / “The first sight of something out of this galaxy.” That line is not confirmed as a Shinji patch. Do not merge the teaser with this tag until official text does.

We have not confirmed an official Discord or Trello. The creator display Content Deleted 323329514 is not a Shinji leak channel. Approximate traffic (21 to 24 million visits, 1.1 to 1.7 thousand concurrent, peak near 3.8 thousand, rating near 79 percent) is why Shinji clips from other games rank next to this one.

If you only remember one sentence: Shinji is a real official tag on Universal Showdown, Shinji Showdown is still the wrong game, and any moveset you have not seen cited on the Shinji player page is unofficial.
